At PoinsettiaStyle, we want you to feel confident in your fashion choices; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
